1. About these terms and GROWTH

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern use of the GROWTH workout tracking app (the “App”) provided by GOODBOY STUDIOS (the “Operator”) and the official GROWTH website. The App provides features for workouts, body data, photos, charts, AI, data export, backups and restoration.

2. Conditions of use

You must obtain the App from Apple's App Store and provide a compatible Apple device, operating system and network connection. When using the App, comply with applicable laws, Apple's terms and these Terms.

3. Free and Pro features

Free use allows up to 20 registered exercises and 5 lifetime GROWTH AI requests. Pro includes GROWTH AI (300 requests per month), unlimited exercises, custom categories, detailed progress analytics, accent-color changes and CSV export. Features and conditions of availability may change as indicated in the App and through updates.

4. Purchases, payments, renewal and restoration

Pro is provided through the App Store as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in the App Store at purchase. You can review, change or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Purchased Pro access can be restored using “Restore Purchases” in the App. For purchase or billing inquiries, also check Apple's purchase history and support.

5. GROWTH AI

GROWTH AI provides training reference information, such as weights and reps, based on your questions and some records stored in the App. Accuracy, completeness and particular outcomes are not guaranteed. You are responsible for deciding what training to perform, taking fatigue and your physical condition into account.

GROWTH AI is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or other medical procedures. If you experience pain or unusual symptoms, stop training and consult a healthcare professional.

6. Data saved by users

You are responsible for managing the contents and backups of workout records, body data, photos and profile information you enter or save. Create backups as needed to prepare for data loss caused by device failure, loss, operating errors or external service outages.

If you export CSV files or backups to other apps or services, subsequent use and storage are subject to the destination's terms and your responsibility.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Unauthorized access to, excessive load on or attacks against the App or related services
• Infringement of others' rights, privacy or reputation
• Impersonation, fraud or harassment using the App's features or data
• Reverse engineering, analysis or modification to the extent prohibited by applicable law

8. Intellectual property

Rights in the App's name, the GROWTH logo, screens, software, text, images and other content belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holders. These Terms do not grant rights to reuse the Operator's trademarks or content.

9. External services

The App integrates with external services including Apple Health, Apple Account / Sign in with Apple, App Store / StoreKit and Supabase Auth / Edge Function. The Operator cannot control or guarantee all specification changes, suspensions, outages or terms of those services.

10. Service changes, suspension and disclaimers

The Operator may change or suspend all or part of the App or Website to add features, change specifications, perform maintenance, address issues or end service. There is no guarantee that GROWTH AI responses are always accurate, that particular results will be achieved, or that external services or device environments will always be available.

When making changes or suspending service, the Operator will provide notice through the Website or App to the extent possible.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms in response to service changes, legal requirements or other circumstances. Updated Terms apply when posted on this page.

Apple's App Store terms apply to use of the App.
